Delivery and Returns

We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or international addresses.

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Our courier will attempt delivery. If you are not home, they may:

  • Leave the parcel with a neighbour
  • Leave it in a safe place (if you have authorised this)
  • Leave a card and return the parcel to the local depot for collection or re-delivery

Please check with neighbours, around your property, and any safe place. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@gellban.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to cancel for any reason.

How to cancel:
Email us at info@gellban.co.uk with your order number and a statement that you wish to cancel.

Return the item to:

You have 14 days from telling us you wish to cancel to return the item.

Who pays return postage?

  • Change of mind: You pay.
  • Faulty or incorrect item: We pay (contact us first for a prepaid label).

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return). Refunds go back to your original payment method.

You may open the packaging and inspect the tool as you would in a shop. You may not use the tool for a project and then return it.

If a tool is returned with signs of use (scratches, dirt, worn parts, sawdust, etc.), we may reduce the refund amount or deny the return. We will notify you before making any deduction.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@gellban.co.uk with photos and your order number.

  • Within 30 days: You can reject it for a full refund.
  • Within 6 months: We will repair or replace it.

We cover return postage for faulty items.

The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons
  • Customised or personalised equipment

You may use this form if you wish to cancel, but you are not required to. You can also cancel by emailing us at info@gellban.co.uk with your order number.
