These Terms & Conditions apply when you buy products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Returns, and Tool Safety Guidelines also apply.
- We make every effort to display products accurately – colours and images are for illustration only.
- All prices are in British Pounds (£). No VAT is charged.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time – this will not affect accepted orders.
- If a product is incorrectly priced, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel.
- You click "Place Order" – this is an offer to buy.
- We send an order acknowledgement email – this confirms we received your offer but does not accept it.
- A legally binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.
We may cancel any order before dispatch if the product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud.
- Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
- We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods stated at checkout.
- We use third-party payment processors – we do not store your full card details.
- Delivery is free within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
- Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days from dispatch.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
- To cancel, email info@gellban.co.uk with your order number.
- Return the goods to: Flat 11 Britannic House, 18-20 Dunstable Road, Luton, England, LU1 1DY within 14 days of cancellation.
- You pay return postage (unless faulty).
- Within 30 days: You can reject faulty goods for a full refund.
- Within 6 months: We will repair or replace. If unsuccessful, you can claim a refund.
Contact us at info@gellban.co.uk with photos and your order number. We cover return postage for faulty items.
Nothing excludes our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or defective products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
